Shipping Policy
Low Cost Shipping!!!   Coolshadesails shipping charge is $15.00 for the first item with a maximum charge of $40.00 in the lower continuous 48 United States.  You always know what your paying at Coolshadesails because the  price you see is the price you pay, except for our friends in California and Florida who are required to pay sales tax.   This applies to regular ground shipping. ***Note: We apologize but Coolshadesails only ships within the continental United states and we only ship UPS ground shipping.***
We are sorry but we can not deliver to P.O. Boxes.  All shipments must be made to a street address.  
 
Standard Delivery: Most products are shipped directly from the manufacturer in 3 to 5 days.  Delivery to your home is expected to take 7 to10 days under normal circumstances.   ***Processing and delivery times are estimates.***
 
***Very Important*** Please carefully inspect all packages.  Should the package be damaged contact the shipping company immediately.

Return Policy

A Return Authorization# (RA#) must be assigned to all items before being returned to coolshadesails.com.  The RA# can be obtained by E-mailing customer support.  RA# are invalid after 30 days.
 
The RA# must be prominently displayed on the shipping label.  If the RA# is not visible, the shipment may be refused.  DO NOT write the RA# on the outside of the manufacturerÂ’s boxes.  PLEASE WRITE THE RA# ON THE SHIPPING LABEL.
 
Returned unopened boxes will be fully credited less shipping.
 
Items returned in boxes  that have been opened and they must be in the in the original box, will be inspected for completeness and appropriateness for resale.  If returned complete and in condition to be resold as new, as determined by coolshadesails.com, the buyer will receive a credit less a 15% restocking fee.  It is required that all items are return complete with no missing parts or opened parts bag. Also, required to receive a credit no dirt, grass or signs of use.
 
***Very Important*** Items arriving in a broken or damaged container with damaged item/s are the responsibility of the shipping company and must be addressed with the shipping company.  Please inspect all packages carefully!
 
Defective or damaged goods will be replaced upon return.  E-mail customer support before returning any defective item to receive an RA#.  This will expedite the forwarding of any necessary replacements to you.
 
Warranties: All warranty issues are the responsibility of the manufacturer and should be addresses directly to them.  Coolshadesails.com makes no warranty claims about the products.  We do stand by our products as the finest available and will assist our customers by providing the necessary contact information contact information to contact the manufacturer about their warranty claim.  This maybe obtained by contacting customer support.
